Andrew McCready, RPP, CFM, IFMA Fellow


Andrew McCready, President of the firm, has consulted on facilities issues for more than 35 years. His primary focus is ensuring that facilities, in both the short and long term, properly support programs and operations.

A respected expert in facility planning, Andrew has broad experience and strong analytical capabilities. He has taught in the field and has shared his work by presenting to national conferences.

He is focused on achieving results for clients and is skilled in creating tools to resolve difficult issues. He has advised on situations ranging from determining how to most efficiently use a single building, to outlining the most cost-effective way of consolidating a portfolio of facilities distributed across a city or province; from helping a client come to grips with commercial development opportunities, to training new facility planning staff.
